Does it cost money to use Magical Moments by Hanah?
Yes. I offer professional vacation planning services with fees based on the type of trip and level of assistance you need. Your planning fee covers the time, expertise, research, recommendations, booking, and ongoing support that go into creating your vacation - so you can spend less time figuring out the details and more time looking forward to your trip.
How long does it take to get a quote?
Start by filling out my short vacation quote form. I’ll review your request and we’ll set up a time to chat about your trip, your priorities, and what you’re hoping to get out of your vacation. After our conversation, I’ll recommend the planning service that best fits your trip, and once you’re ready to move forward, I’ll get to work creating your vacation.
How far in advance do I have to book my trip?
I generally recommend starting the planning process at least 8-9 months before your trip, especially for popular destinations, school breaks, holidays, cruises, and larger family trips. That said, there’s no one-size-fits-all timeline, and I’m happy to help with shorter-term trips when availability allows. If you’re thinking about traveling but your dates or destination aren’t quite set yet, that’s okay too! Reach out and we can talk through your options and determine the best time to start planning.
Can you book trips other than Disney Cruise Line?
Absolutely! Disney Cruise Line and Walt Disney World are still two of my specialties, but I can help with much more than Disney. I also specialize in Sandals & Beaches Resorts, Royal Caribbean, and select all-inclusive resorts in Mexico, along with honeymoons, multigenerational vacations, and group travel. If you have a destination or trip in mind and aren’t sure if I can help, just ask!
Can you help me book “extras” for my trip?
Yes! Depending on your destination and planning service, I can help with many of the details that make your vacation even better - from dining reservations, excursions, port adventures, spa experiences, and cruise activities to Disney extras like VIP Tours and Memory Maker. We’ll talk through what you’d like help with during the planning process so we can make sure your trip comes together exactly the way you want it to.
Do you have a referral program?
Yes! If you refer someone who books a vacation with me and they mention your name, you’ll receive a special thank-you gift from me after they travel. Repeat clients can also earn a gift when they book their next vacation with me!
